This is my signature program. ⁠ It's designed from experience and failure. ⁠ ⁠ This program is soulful and spicy. ⁠ It's anti diet culture. ⁠ It's a space of safety. ⁠ It's a space of power- ready for you to step into. ⁠ ⁠ During this 12 week group coaching program we go deep! ⁠ ⁠ We share stories and struggles. We cheer each other on. We explore and try new things.
