What You'll Experience
In today's world, we're carrying more than ever—emotionally, mentally, and physically. This practice addresses the growing need for nervous system regulation and emotional integration in a time when overwhelm feels like the default.
You'll learn five transformative stages—Receive, Settle, Digest, Integrate, and Remember—that teach your body how to metabolize experiences and process what you've been carrying with compassion.
These gentle somatic practices and restorative techniques are designed to be applied immediately in your daily life, helping you create moments of pause and integration even on your busiest days.
You'll discover how Yoga Nidra and nervous system co-regulation can help you feel grounded, resourced, and connected to your own inner wisdom—no prior experience required.

With a deep commitment to nervous system healing and embodied wisdom, your guide brings years of experience in somatic practices, yoga nidra, and nervous system regulation. This practice is offered with genuine care and an invitation to simply be as you are.
When Life Feels Like Too Much
Have you ever noticed that feeling of being emotionally full, even when nothing is necessarily wrong? There are seasons when we're carrying more than we've had time to process—conversations, responsibilities, grief, joy, decisions, transitions, news, caregiving, change. Just as our bodies need time to digest a meal, our nervous systems need time to digest our experiences. When we don't have that space, we can feel overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or like we're constantly running on empty. This isn't because you're doing something wrong. It may simply be because you've been carrying more than you've had the capacity to integrate. The Digestive Experience is an invitation to pause long enough for your body to catch up with your life. Through five simple stages—Receive, Settle, Digest, Integrate, and Remember—we'll move through gentle somatic practices, co-regulation techniques, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra designed specifically for emotional and nervous system integration. You don't need any experience with meditation, you don't need to be flexible, and you don't need to 'clear your mind.' Simply come as you are, bring a cozy blanket, a pillow, your favorite cup of tea, and a journal if you'd like. This is not another class to complete. It's an invitation to truly rest.
Your Body Already Knows How to Digest
This 75-minute experience is an opportunity to support your nervous system, your peace of mind, and your ability to truly rest. You'll receive lifetime access to the replay, so you can return to this practice whenever you need it. There's no rush, no performance, no expectations—just an invitation to pause and let your body catch up with your life.

Preparing for The Digestive Experience
Preparing for The Digestive Experience I'm so glad you'll be joining me. One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is a space where you can settle in without feeling rushed. If possible, choose a place where you'll have the fewest interruptions and where your body feels safe enough to rest. You might like to gather a few things that help you feel supported: A cozy blanket (or several!) Pillows or cushions to support your body Your favorite mug of tea or another comforting drink (warm tea pairs beautifully with this practice) A light snack if that feels nourishing A candle, soft lighting, essential oils, or a favorite scent Anything that is meaningful to your personal practice, such as crystals, meaningful objects, or photographs An eye pillow or soft cloth if you enjoy covering your eyes during relaxation A journal and pen if you'd like to reflect afterward Please know that none of these things are necessary. You are welcome to join exactly as you are. You can practice from your bed, your couch, a yoga mat, or even the floor. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and supported. If you have the capacity, creating your space with intention can become part of the practice itself. As you gather your blanket, pillows, tea, or candle, imagine you're preparing this space for someone you love very much. You would probably fluff the pillow, light the candle, pour the tea with care, and make sure they felt comfortable and welcomed. Now, offer yourself that same kindness. You are worthy of the same care you so freely offer to others. It is a gentle way of telling your body, "This time is for you. You are safe here. You don't have to do anything except receive." What We'll Experience Together We'll begin by arriving together with a few simple grounding and somatic practices to help your body settle. Everything will be slow, gentle, and accessible. No yoga experience is needed. I'll offer one reflective question at the beginning of our time together. You won't be asked to share your response, but if you enjoy writing, you may want to keep a journal nearby. From there, I'll guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice—a form of conscious rest that allows the body to relax while awareness remains gently present. There is nothing you need to do and nothing you need to get right. Simply allow yourself to be guided. We'll close with a brief practice to help you gently return to the present moment, carrying the spaciousness of our time together into the rest of your day. Come exactly as you are. Your only job is to show up. I'll guide you, the practice will hold you, and together we'll create the space for your own inner wisdom to take care of the rest.
