This membership replaces my 1:1 sessions for 2026, so whether you’ve worked with me before or are new here, this space holds you, supports your body, and honors your personal rhythm.

What you get each month

Each month you'll receive a variety of offerings to be guided through a theme with supportive, practical practices for your daily life. You'll receive your membership bundle on the 1st of each month. You'll also have access to all previous months in the library.

  • Nervous System Practice Short 10–15 minute practices Optional extended 25–35 minute versions Somatic unwinding, breathwork, Yoga Nidra “micro-journeys,” and tantric self-connection practices

  • Gentle Movement Trauma-sensitive sequences Accessible for all body types and abilities Can be done sitting, lying, or standing

  • Seasonal living guidance through Ayurveda, elements, and maybe even a recipe or two! Mini rituals and altar suggestions. Guidance for aligning with the natural rhythms of the season.

  • Mini Reflection Journal 3–5 prompts per month Connect body, mind, and creative expression

  • Creative Projects (Occasional) Low-pressure art, collage, or ritual offerings Trauma-informed and body-neutral 20–30 minutes, simple materials

    No, everything is prerecorded. If a live call is offered. they’re optional. You can fully participate self-guided.

    Yes, you control your subscription from your Thinkific account.

  • What if I join mid-month?

    You get immediate access to that month’s content.

  • What materials do I need?

    Comfortable space, quiet place, journal, pen, optional simple art supplies (provided in instructions).

  • Is this safe for trauma survivors?

    Yes. Everything is trauma-informed, body-supportive, and designed for your pace. While this membership is not intended to replace therapy, it is here to support your healing.
