The Rest + Reflect Membership was created for people who want: Nervous system support Trauma-informed gentle movement Seasonal rhythm and reflection Creative practices that reconnect you with your body A community that’s optional, safe, and intimate. This membership replaces my 1:1 sessions for 2026, so whether you’ve worked with me before or are new here, this space holds you, supports your body, and honors your personal rhythm.
Each month you'll receive a variety of offerings to be guided through a theme with supportive, practical practices for your daily life. You'll receive your membership bundle on the 1st of each month. You'll also have access to all previous months in the library.
